Overview

AAH Light products are designed to be durable, reliable, and long-lasting. To support our customers, we offer two different protections, depending on the product:

1. No-Worries Guarantee (Returns) — applies to AAH Handheld Lights.
2. Product Warranty — coverage varies by product type and component and is subject to the availability of replacement products and/or parts.

Please review the sections below carefully, as terms differ between AAH Lights and AAH Flex Pads.

1. No-Worries Guarantee (AAH Handheld Lights Only)

We understand that trying a light therapy tool can feel like a big decision. That’s why AAH Handheld Lights are backed by a 45-Day No-Worries Guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your AAH Handheld Light, you may request a return within 45 days of purchase by contacting our office for a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Return Conditions

• Customer is responsible for all shipping costs
• Items must be returned in new condition and original packaging
• Shipping charges and payment processing fees are non-refundable
• A $25 fee will be assessed if the operating manual is written in or damaged
• Refunds may be adjusted for missing parts, lens damage, or visible misuse
• Books, charts, and digital products are non-refundable

Due to changes in credit card processing policies, processing fees are no longer refunded by payment processors and will be deducted from returned orders.

Flex Pads are not eligible for return under the No-Worries Guarantee (see Flex Pad Warranty below).

2. Lifetime Product Warranty — AAH Handheld Lights

Photonic Healing, LLC warrants AAH Handheld Lights to the original purchaser against manufacturer defects under normal use and service. Proof of purchase is required and is subject to the availability of replacement products and/or parts.

What This Warranty Covers

• Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship
• Repair or replacement of defective components at our discretion

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

• Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized repair
• Lens damage caused by impact, chemicals, or improper cleaning
• Use of incorrect batteries or chargers
• Normal cosmetic wear
• Shipping costs to and from Photonic Healing, LLC

Warranty Process

• Customer must obtain a Return Authorization number
• Customer covers shipping to and from* Photonic Healing, LLC
• *Photonic Healing, LLC covers return shipping if the issue is determined to be a warranty defect
• If no defect is found, repair and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

This warranty does not cover secondary costs, loss of use, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part.

3. Limited Warranty — AAH Flex Pads

AAH Flex Pads coverage is shown in the table below.m the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. This warranty applies to the original owner only and is not transferable.

What Is Covered

• Defects in materials and workmanship affecting pad functionality
• Repair or replacement of electronic components at our discretion

What Is Not Covered

• Damage from misuse, impact, improper care, or tampering
• Cosmetic damage, finish wear, or cracked covers
• Loss of device or accessories
• Use with incorrect power adapters

Important Care Guidelines (Warranty-Critical)

To avoid damage and preserve warranty coverage:

• Do not fold pads flat
• Do not step on pads or allow animals to step on them
• Do not drop the controller
• Do not leave animals unattended during use

Damage caused by these actions is not considered a manufacturer defect and will void the warranty.

Warranty Service

• Customer must contact Customer Care at 855-224-5481
• All warranty service must be authorized by Photonic Healing, LLC
• Shipping to Photonic Healing, LLC is the responsibility of the purchaser
• If no defect is found, return shipping is also the purchaser’s responsibility

4. Returns & Exchanges — Flex Pads

Due to the nature of the product and hygiene considerations, returns may not be accepted. If a product is determined to be defective during warranty review, AAH Light may repair or replace the product at its discretion.

If a Flex Pad is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced per warranty terms.

5. Warranty Limitations & Legal Rights

This warranty provides specific legal rights and may be supplemented by additional rights depending on your state or country.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• All implied warranties are disclaimed or limited in duration to the applicable warranty period
• Photonic Healing, LLC is not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not affect claims for personal injury or death where such exclusions are not permitted.

6. Product Representation

AAH Light continually improves its products. As a result, the actual product may vary slightly from images shown on packaging or in user materials.
