The Spleen Meridian
The Spleen Meridian originates at the tip of the big toe, traveling up the leg and crossing the Liver Meridian. It then moves through the spleen and stomach, up to the root of the tongue. Another branch connects the stomach and heart. Disruption in the flow of qi in this meridian primarily results in blood deficiencies, heart palpitations and disorders relating to memory and sleep.
Featuring a total of twenty-one acupoints, here we’ll review the Ting, Source, Master, Accumulation and Alarm Points.
