Best Practices: Don’t Cross-tie!
When we show people how to use their AAH Lights with their horses, we stress how important it is to listen to the horse.
These horses will communicate with you in several ways and it is your job to pay attention!
One way they will interact with you is to turn and look, or even touch, the area they are interested in you addressing.
If you are in the habit of cross-tying your horse please do NOT do this when applying the lights. This will limit their ability to move and may inhibit their willingness to accept the therapy.
This is one of the Best Practices you can do with your horse!
