Fourteen years ago, I didn’t set out to create a large company. I set out to create a better tool — something people could trust, something that actually worked, and something even beginners could feel confident using.

The earliest devices were a simple red light and a blue light, but what made them special was the interchangeable heads and three power settings. It meant families didn’t need to buy full devices for every color. It meant practitioners could travel lighter. It meant people could build a toolkit over time without starting from scratch.

Since then, the innovations haven’t stopped. We were the first to offer green in a torch. We designed a PBM Light with red, NIR, and pulsed settings long before it was common. And we created the Flex Pads to bring all the colors — and 40 Hz pulsing — into comfortable, body-specific designs.

Today, we celebrate not just our anniversary, but the journey that brought us here.

? Where It All Started — A Red Light and a Vision

Our first AAH Light was a simple but powerful red handheld device with three power settings and a clean, intuitive design. It was engineered for one purpose:
✔ To make reliable, consistent light therapy easy for anyone to use.

And then we launched its companion — the AAH Blue Light, also with three power settings. Together, this pair introduced a new level of flexibility for wellness, animals, and home use.

But the most revolutionary part wasn’t the lights themselves…

It was the interchangeable heads.

This design made AAH Light the first light therapy torch where you could add new colors without buying an entirely new device.

Travelers, clinicians, and pet owners immediately recognized the value:

Soon after releasing red and blue, we recognized the growing need for green — both for its calming emotional benefits and its supportive physiological effects.

And once again…
AAH Light became the first company to offer a green therapeutic torch.

Other companies later copied the idea, but they followed the trail AAH had already blazed.

As the science grew, so did our vision.

That led to one of our most important innovations: the PBM Light — our first torch combining:
